Allman Brothers Band - Whipping Post (album version)
Just a bit of history for all you viewers: the singer was 19 years old when this was recorded. His brother, doing the first solo, was 20. When I first heard this, I was stunned that whatever had been the inspiration for this grief was such an impact on the performer's life.
